Under no circumstances may the e-mail addresses featured on the website of Avaloq be used as an addressee or point of contact for documents, notifications or any declaration of a legal nature in respect of Avaloq or its employees.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the use of the Websites are governed by Swiss law. The Vienna Sale of Goods Act (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, concluded in Vienna on 11 April 1980) does not apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Websites is Zurich/Switzerland.
